1. Introduction

Welcome to Nurture Domestics, your trusted agency for household staffing services. These terms and conditions govern your engagement with Nurture Domestics as an applicant seeking employment opportunities as domestic staff.

2. Application Process

To apply for employment through Nurture Domestics, you must submit a complete application including your resume, references, and any other relevant documents requested by the agency. Submission of false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

3. Registration Fee

As part of the application process, applicants are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₦5,000. This fee covers the cost of background checks and administrative expenses associated with processing your application. However, if you prefer not to make the upfront payment, this fee can be deducted from your first salary at ₦7,000.

4. Agency Fee

In consideration for our placement services, Nurture Domestics will deduct a service fee of 20% from your monthly salary paid by your employer. This fee covers the cost of our services, including recruitment, screening, and placement assistance.

5. Job Placement

Nurture Domestics will endeavor to match you with suitable employment opportunities based on your skills, experience, and preferences. However, we cannot guarantee placement or employment with any specific client..

6. Code of Conduct

As a representative of Nurture Domestics, you are expected to conduct yourself professionally and ethically at all times. Any misconduct or breach of trust may result in termination of our agency agreement and forfeiture of placement services.

7. Confidentiality

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of information shared with you during the placement process, including client details and job opportunities. Disclosure of confidential information may result in termination of our agency agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate our agency agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding obligations, including agency fees, must be settled promptly.

9. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing employment in Nigeria, including labor laws, tax laws, and immigration laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to our agency agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

11. Amendments

Nurture Domestics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
