It is the responsibility of both the client and the service provider to ensure clear communication and mutually agreed-upon terms. By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that Nurture Domestics cannot be held liable for any disputes or incidents arising from the client-staff relationship.
We encourage clients to take the necessary precautions and maintain open communication with service providers for a smooth working relationship.
1. Recruitment and Selection Policy
- Nurture Domestics is committed to recruiting qualified and skilled domestic staff members who align with our values of trust, security, and harmony.
- Our recruitment process includes thorough background checks, reference verification, and personal interviews to ensure the suitability of candidates.

5. Fee Structure and Negotiation Policy
- Nurture Domestics charges a commitment fee and admin fee from both applicants seeking recommendation opportunities through our agency and clients seeking the services. These fees are non-refundable and cover administrative expenses, including background checks and processing.
- Clients may be required to pay additional fees for services such as childcare, especially if there are multiple children involved. The fee structure is negotiable between the client and the domestic staff member, but subject to change based on workload and responsibilities.
Nurture Domestics reserves the right to intervene in fee negotiations or adjust fees if necessary to ensure fair compensation for domestic staff members.
6. Grievance Procedure
- Nurture Domestics has established a comprehensive grievance procedure to address any concerns or complaints raised by applicants, clients, or domestic staff members.
- All stakeholders are encouraged to raise grievances through the appropriate channels, such as our HR department or management team.
- Grievances will be handled promptly, impartially, and confidentially, with the goal of reaching a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
7. Termination Policy
Nurture Domestics reserves the right to terminate the agency agreement or employment of any stakeholder for cause, including but not limited to misconduct, poor performance, or violation of company policies.
Termination will be conducted in accordance with the terms outlined in the agency agreement or employment contract, including notice periods and any applicable legal requirements.
Any outstanding obligations, including fees or compensation, must be settled promptly upon termination.
